Colliers International expands its Real Estate Management portfolio

CHARLESTON, SC – Colliers International announces the expansion of its real estate management portfolio with the addition of Ashley Center at 4401 Belle Oaks Drive and Corporate Square II at 4925 Lacross Road, both in North Charleston, as well as Monmouth industrial facility at 7410 Magi Road in Hanahan. These office and industrial properties represent an increase of 414,000 square feet under Colliers’ management.
Meredith Millender will be responsible for the new properties and brings a wealth of office and industrial background to the assignments. An experienced real estate professional, Millender currently manages multiple Colliers properties throughout Charleston and the Lowcountry.
