Located at 615 Heidt Street in Columbia, the Richmond Walk Apartments feature sixteen upscale two-bedroom apartments that are fully leased. Amenities include hardwood floors, fireplaces, granite countertops, stainless appliances and two-story floorplans with private patios and balconies. The complex is one block from Five Points, a popular hospitality and entertainment district.
The buyer, PMC Property Group, is based in Philadelphia, PA and specializes in discovering unique opportunities in under-utilized and overlooked urban properties throughout the East Coast corridor and transforming them into thriving rental communities and commercial spaces. PMC owns several apartment communities in Columbia including The Cottages at the Mills, the Apartments at Palmetto Compress, Granby Mill, Olympia Mill and 612 Whaley.
