Colliers International finds new location for Landmark Builders in Columbia

Crawford Prezioso of Colliers International brokered the lease for a new location for Landmark Builders of South Carolina at 1118 Shop Road in Columbia.

Landmark’s new location is an 10,800-square-foot flex building owned by Spratlin Properties LLC.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled to announce we’re moving to a new location,” said Chase Campolong, Business Development Manager for Landmark Builders of South Carolina. “Our steady growth and continued vision has allowed us to move into a larger facility in Columbia and will serve us greatly as we continue to grow. Crawford was instrumental in finding our new office and the support we received from him and Colliers International throughout this process has been exceptional.”

The location of the property was key when thinking of commuting employees. The property is in Southeast Columbia near Williams Brice Stadium and the South Carolina State Fairgrounds, and less than two miles from both I-77 and the Central Business District.

“It was challenging to find the perfect new location for Landmark due to their requirement for a large office with a warehouse component,” said Prezioso. “There was not a great amount of suitable properties available; however, after touring multiple properties in Columbia, the Shop Road location ultimately worked out to be a perfect fit. We found a space that was larger than what they needed but met their budget requirements, so they have plenty of room to expand as their company continues to grow.”

Prezioso represents owners, landlords, users and tenants in the leasing and sale of commercial properties throughout Columbia and central South Carolina.
