Colliers International leases 14,215 square feet at Independence Corporate Park to Vectrus, Inc.

Colliers International | South Carolina’s office brokerage team of Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented the landlord, US REIF ICP South Carolina, LLC, in the lease of 14,215 square feet at 1 Independence Point in Greenville, SC to Vectrus, Inc.
Vectrus is a global infrastructure, IT and logistics support services company founded in 1945 as a division of ITT. Today, Vectrus is an independent company focused on delivering operational excellence for facilities, supply chains, information technology networks and converged infrastructures.

Independence Corporate Park (ICP) features seven Class A office buildings totaling ±300,000 square feet. Several buildings were recently renovated to include updated lobby areas.
