Colliers International Named Leasing and Property Management Agent for 450,000 Square Feet of Industrial Space

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International has been named the leasing and property management agent for 450,000 square feet of industrial space in three industrial properties. The properties include 546 L & C Distribution in Richburg, South Carolina, 2 Business Parkway in Lugoff, South Carolina, and 2630 Highway 15 in Sumter, South Carolina. Chuck Salley, SIOR, Vice President and Director of the Industrial Brokerage Team, and Dave Mathews, SIOR, Senior Brokerage Associate, will serve as the leasing agents for all three properties. Sharon Thompson, Property Manager, will lead the property management initiatives and oversee the management team.
