Colliers International office specialist, Taylor Allen, receives prestigious Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation

Colliers International | South Carolina announced Taylor Allen has earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.
The SIOR designation is awarded to real estate professionals in recognition of their knowledge, experience and proven successes in the markets they serve. To receive the designation, professionals must meet specific requirements, including recognition by developers, lenders and investors; high-level production, closing on average more than 30 transactions a year; and meeting SIOR’s production, education and ethical requirements. It is a signifier of high-quality service and expertise in the commercial real estate industry.

As a Senior Brokerage Associate and member of the Greenville-Spartanburg office brokerage team, Allen specializes in representing office landlords and tenants. He was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for both office leasing and sales transactions in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. In addition, he has been a Top Producer for Colliers South Carolina in 2016, 2017 and 2019.
In 2019, Allen obtained his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Allen is actively involved with the Greenville United Way and has served as a Loaned Executive for the past three years. He is an active member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce and serves in Clemson Young Alumni Council’s Greenville chapter. Allen graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
