Colliers International relocates in Greenville

GREENVILLE, SC – The Greenville location for Colliers International South Carolina is moving into a new office space that will enhance its Greenville operation and provide greater opportunities to serve their clients with the sale, leasing and property management of office, industrial, multifamily, land and retail properties in Greenville, the Upstate and across South Carolina.
Colliers will occupy over 6,000 square feet of newly renovated office space on the second floor at 55 E. Camperdown Way, located downtown across from the Liberty Bridge in Falls Park on the Reedy. Bob Shaw, SIOR, Vice President and Principal of Colliers International, and Frank Hammond, CCIM, Senior Principal of Colliers International, represented Colliers in the lease transaction.
In addition to the increased size of the new location, the space also satisfies Colliers’ need for a more efficient floor plan with open workspaces, allowing more collaboration and an environment which prompts ongoing, productive communication between employees. The relocation signifies Colliers’ continued growth, as well as the desire to demonstrate to our clients our ongoing commitment to unparalleled, professional service to property owners, tenants, investors and developers in the Greenville market.
