Colliers International represents Beauty World in lease at 1063 Broad River Road

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International’s Tommy Tapp, CPM represented Beauty World in the lease of 15,450 square feet of space at 1063 Broad River Road. With this lease, Beauty World has claimed the last of the available space at the Food Lion-anchored shopping center.
Tapp is a Brokerage Associate whose expertise is in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office and retail properties.
