Colliers International represents Drew-Haley Enterprises, LLC. in the sale of ±23,619 square feet of flex warehouse space to PIPERP, LLC

Colliers International’s industrial/flex brokerage team members Richard Barrett, MCR and Brannan Hudson represented the seller, Drew-Haley Enterprises, LLC, in the sale of ±23,619 square feet at 1900 & 1902 Suber Mills Road in Greer to PIPERP, LLC.
The sale included two buildings, ±10,000 square feet and ±13,619 square feet, comprised of flex warehouse space near Wade Hampton Boulevard in Greer, South Carolina.
“We have been committed to working thoroughly during this whole process,” says Barrett. “Everyone came together to get things done quickly and safely. We limited the number of people on showings and inspections and encountered very few roadblocks along the way.”
“The sale came together quickly,” added Hudson. “This is a very sought-after area for flex/industrial users, so we are glad everything came together so seamlessly. We hope the new owners are happy with the space.”
