Colliers International represents LowCountry Craft Distribution in leasing ±3,193 square feet of warehouse space

Colliers International’s industrial/flex brokerage team members Richard Barrett, MCR and Brannan Hudson represented LowCountry Craft Distribution in the lease of ±3,193 square feet at 197 Ridgeview Center Drive in Duncan, South Carolina.

LowCountry Craft Distribution, LLC is a locally owned and operated craft beer/beverage distribution company. The company is based in North Charleston and has served the South Carolina coast since its inception in 2016. Like many other businesses across the country, LowCountry Craft faced several challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. To regulate these issues, LowCountry Craft hired a seasoned sales manager to introduce the Midlands (Columbia) and Upstate (Greenville-Spartanburg) regions of South Carolina to their carefully curated portfolio of breweries including Charles Towne Fermentory, Yazoo, Olde Hickory, Noble Cider, North Coast, Commonwealth, Indigo Reef, Amor Artis, Liability, Brown Truck and more. The response was overwhelming and resulted in the ability to extend their operations.
South Carolina’s Upstate is very familiar with the craft beer industry. Several breweries have moved into the area over the last few years, including Brewery 85, Quest Brewery, Yee-Haw Brewing Company, Birds Fly South, 13 Stripes Brewery, and still-to-open locations such as Think Tank Brew and Double Stamp Brewery.
