First OMSK to join South Carolina’s tire industry
Colliers International industrial specialists, Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Sam Myers, completed a lease at 227 Browntown Rd. in Bishopville, SC. Colliers represented the Landlord, Reger Holdings, LLC in the lease with OMSK on the 117,865 square foot industrial building.
OMSK Carbon Group, based out of Omsk, Russia, is among the top ten leading carbon black producers in the world and will be serving the South Carolina tire industry for the first time. OMSK partners with a variety of companies such as Michelin, Bridgestone, Good year, Midas and more.
Over the past four years Reger Holdings, LLC, has become a significant industrial landlord in South Carolina by providing a cost efficient building in well maintained facilities across the state.
