Colliers International welcomes Luanne Thomas as Property Manager

COLUMBIA, SC – Colliers International is pleased to announce the addition of Luanne Thomas to its Real Estate Management Services division. Thomas will be managing a portfolio of industrial and distribution facilities throughout the Midlands.
Previously, Thomas was with Kahn Development for 18 years and brings to Colliers extensive knowledge of and experience in leasing and management of industrial properties. She holds the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is an active member of the South Carolina chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Colliers International, an IREM Accredited Management Organization, is the largest manager of commercial property in South Carolina with offices located in Charleston, Columbia and Greenville. Colliers employs 18 property managers and 13 support personnel, with an average of over 16 years’ property management experience, and 27 maintenance technicians.
