Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. This prestigious designation recognizes him as an expert in commercial and investment real estate.
To earn the CCIM designation, real estate professionals must complete a prescribed graduate-level course of study, demonstrate a certifiable record of accomplishment in completing commercial investment real estate transactions and meet strict ethical standards. The South Carolina CCIM Chapter is dedicated to providing its members with the highest quality educational programs, promoting the highest ethical standards in commercial real estate, and providing a forum where its members can learn, network and prosper.
“Allen is an extraordinary professional who constantly strives to better serve our clients and partners every day. Earning the CCIM designation is a differentiator for Allen and Colliers,” said David Lockwood, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Colliers | South Carolina. “In addition to receiving the CCIM designation, Allen also earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation in March 2020. Each of these designations are significant but achieving both the SIOR and CCIM designations during a pandemic is even more remarkable.”
