Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson receives Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation

Colliers International’s Allen Wilkerson has been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. This prestigious designation recognizes him as an expert in commercial and investment real estate.
To earn the CCIM designation, real estate professionals must complete a prescribed graduate-level course of study, demonstrate a certifiable record of accomplishment in completing commercial investment real estate transactions and meet strict ethical standards. The South Carolina CCIM Chapter is dedicated to providing its members with the highest quality educational programs, promoting the highest ethical standards in commercial real estate, and providing a forum where its members can learn, network and prosper.

Wilkerson is a Vice President and office specialist in the Columbia market, specializing in corporate consulting services, office leasing, advisory and commercial real estate acquisition advisory. He was named a member of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association (CCRA) Circle of Excellence and a CoStar Power Broker in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Wilkerson currently serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Public Policy Group and Legislative Committee and on the Political Candidate Screening Committee for the South Carolina REALTORS® Association (SCR). He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association and Home Works of America. Wilkerson also serves on the Heathwood Hall Episcopal School Alumni Council. He is an alumnus of Wofford College and a 2017 graduate in Leadership Columbia’s 44th class.
