Colliers International’s Brantley Anderson and Brannan Hudson receive Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation

Colliers International’s Brantley Anderson and Brannan Hudson have both been awarded the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation by the CCIM Institute. This designation recognizes them as experts in commercial and investment real estate.

In order to earn the CCIM designation, real estate professionals must complete a prescribed graduate-level course of study, demonstrate a certifiable record of accomplishment in completing commercial investment real estate transactions and meet strict ethical standards. The SC CCIM Chapter is dedicated to providing its members with the highest quality educational programs, promoting the highest ethical standards in commercial real estate, and providing a forum where its members can learn, network and prosper.

Anderson joined Colliers International | South Carolina’s Columbia office in 2012 as a Brokerage Assistant before transitioning into office brokerage in the Greenville office in 2015. As a Senior Brokerage Associate specializing in office leasing and sales, her team primarily represents local and regional ownership entities, private equity groups and national REITS with their real estate portfolios in the Greenville-Spartanburg market. She was named a CoStar Power Broker for office transactions in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019, and has received four Costar Power Broker Quarterly Deals awards for office leasing in 2020. Anderson is currently serving on the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) Commercial Steering Committee. Anderson is also an active member of CREW Upstate and the Clemson University Young Alumni Association. She supports United Way of Greenville County as a past Young Leaders Society Council member and Loaned Executive and a current Palmetto Society member.

Hudson joined Colliers’ in 2016 and is a Brokerage Associate specializing in leasing and sales of flex and industrial properties throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg market, representing both landlords and tenants. He was named a CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals award winner for industrial leasing transactions in Q1 2020. Hudson is a member of the Wofford College myMentor Program which is an online platform that facilitates connections between current Wofford students and alumni of the college who are willing to offer career insights and advice based on their professional experience. He is also a member of the Wofford College Young Alumni Association.
