Colliers International’s Brockton Hall and Allen Wilkerson receive prestigious Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation

Colliers International | South Carolina announced Brockton Hall and Allen Wilkerson have earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.

The SIOR designation is awarded to real estate professionals in recognition of their knowledge, experience and proven successes in the markets they serve. To receive the designation, professionals must meet specific requirements, including recognition by developers, lenders and investors; high-level production, closing on average more than 30 transactions a year; and meeting SIOR’s production, education and ethical requirements. It is a signifier of high-quality service and expertise in the commercial real estate industry

Hall is a Senior Brokerage Associate and member of the Greenville-Spartanburg industrial brokerage team, specializing in representing industrial landlords and occupiers. He is a key advisor on industrial projects throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg region, helping occupiers, developers and investors with industrial-related issues. He was recognized as a CoStar Power Broker in 2017 and 2019 for industrial leasing transactions, and Colliers | South Carolina has awarded him the 2017 Rising Star Award, Top Producer Awards in 2017, 2018 and 2019, and the 2018 Transaction of the Year Award. Hall graduated from Clemson University with Bachelor of Science and Master of Real Estate Development degrees.

Wilkerson is a Vice President and office specialist in the Columbia market, specializing in corporate consulting services, leasing and acquisitions. He was named a member of the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association (CCRA) Circle of Excellence and a CoStar Power Broker in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Wilkerson currently serves as the Immediate Past Chairman of the Public Policy Group and Legislative Committee and on the Political Candidate Screening Committee for the South Carolina REALTORS® Association (SCR). He is a member of the Board of Directors for CCRA, the City Center Partnership (CCP) Long Range Planning Committee, the Home Works of America Board of Directors, the Columbia Advisory Board and the Heathwood Hall Episcopal School Alumni Council. He is an alumnus of Wofford College and a 2017 graduate in Leadership Columbia’s 44th class.
