Colliers International’s industrial brokerage team sells building and guides relocation process for Century Fasteners Corporation

Colliers International | South Carolina’s industrial brokerage team of Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles brokered the sale of a 14,000-square-foot warehouse at 115 Westpark Boulevard in Columbia. Additionally, the team guided the seller through a relocation search and a lease at 2500 Leaphart Road in West Columbia.

“Free-standing warehouses of this size do not come on the market very often,” said Salley, Vice President & Director of Industrial Brokerage Team in Colliers’ Columbia office. “We were able to sell 115 Westpark Boulevard for our client, Century Fasteners Corporation, and relocate them closer to their client base. They moved into their new space just three days before closing on the 115 Westpark property, minimizing any interruption in their operations and relocation expenses. We are pleased that we were able to deliver for them on both fronts.”

The buyer of 115 Westpark Boulevard, Clardy Group, LLC, is a relocation and corporate services company that specializes in providing affordable corporate housing across the Carolinas. This acquisition will allow them to continue to grow their business model as the leader in corporate housing solutions in the Carolinas.
