Colliers International’s Joe Durkin represents buyer in the sale of a new Caliber Collision in Mount Pleasant

New ownership of the under-construction Caliber Collision demonstrates the strength of real estate assets in Charleston area.

Colliers International represented the buyer in the investment sale of a Caliber Collision located at 1100 Greythorne Drive in the Carolina Park Development.

The ±14,660-square-foot Caliber Collison was previously owned by MP Carolina Park, LLC and sold for $5,300,000. Construction of the property was completed in late February and has begun operating at this location.

Caliber Collision Center is the largest collision repair company in America with locations in 37 states. In recent years, Caliber has had significant growth. In February 2019 Caliber merged with ABRA Auto Body of America to create the largest auto-body repair company in the country.
