Colliers Keenan Brings New Tenant to Kress Building on Main Street

COLUMBIA, SC – November 11, 2008 – Colliers Keenan agent Henry Roe completed a 10-year lease transaction to bring Gotham Bagel to Columbia’s Main Street.  The 3,370 square feet of space leased by the new tenant fills the majority of the former Rising High space that was vacated earlier this year. 

Gotham Bagel’s management had considered several possible locations in the Central Business District but chose the aforementioned location due to the recent resurgence of Main Street as a location for retailers and the renovations that have occurred as part of the City of Columbia’s ongoing streetscaping project.  Tentative plans have Gotham Bagel opening by year-end 2008.
