The transaction was the result of a corporate disposition of the property by Masisa USA, Inc., a leading supplier of value-added wood products for the building industry. Featuring a 203,233-square-foot, Class A industrial building, including 6,564 square feet of existing office space, the site is secured with a guard house and a fenced perimeter. Fennelly, Johnson and Pellegrino have also been retained by Exeter Property Group to handle exclusively the leasing of the property.
