GREENVILLE, SC — Colliers Keenan agent Austin Guest represented Pollo Campero, a family-dining restaurant chain, in a lease transaction to occupy 3,000 square feet of retail space in the Cherryville region.   Set to open in December 2008, this location will be the first in South Carolina but is part of the fast-growing network of Pollo Campero franchises operating both nation- and world-wide.  Mr. Guest has also been retained for future leasing assignments for Pollo Campero franchises locating throughout the state.

GREENVILLE, SC – Colliers Keenan Upstate President and CEO Frank Hammond, CCIM, CPM, has brokered the sale of 0.75 acres of land & improvements across from the Wal-Mart on Woodruff Road in Greenville.  Express Oil Change will locate in the space that was formerly occupied by Lube King, after the approximately 2,000-square-foot building is rebranded, remodeled and enlarged.  Although Express Oil Changes has over 160 locations nationwide, this will be the first in the Upstate region of South Carolina.
