Colliers Keenan Secures Listing and Managing Assignment for NBSC Building in Downtown Columbia

COLUMBIA, SC April 3, 2008 — Colliers Keenan has been retained to handle leasing and management responsibilities for the National Bank of South Carolina (NBSC) Building, located at 1122 Lady Street in the heart of the city’s central business district.

Built in 1970, the 12-story, 151,049-square-foot building is owned by C&K Properties. The building is occupied by tenants that include NBSC and Merritt, Flebotte, Wilson, Webb & Caruso, PLLC, and the property also features a three-story underground parking garage.
