Colliers leases office building in Cayce to Prosirvity Logistics

Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster and Sydney Lanham represented the landlords, Tim Jur and Sarah Jur, in leasing an approximately 5,670-square-foot office building at 1105 State Street to Prosirvity Logistics.

The transaction was completed within an expedited timeline of less than seven days from initial discussions to execution, indicating strong demand for well-located flex and office space. The uniqueness of the building is driven by its history. Originally used as a post office, it was later converted to serve as an engineering firm’s office for many years. Prosirvity Logistics will now occupy 1105 State Street and utilize the office to continue serving restaurant clientele throughout South Carolina as it grows its operations and footprint.
