Colliers leases office building on Elmwood Ave. corridor in Downtown Columbia to Thompson and Hiller Defense Firm

1231 Elmwood Avenue is located between the Central Business District and the growing NOMA District in Downtown Columbia. The property is situated at the signalized corner of Elmwood Avenue and Sumter Street, which allows easy access for clients and convenient on-site parking at the rear of the building.
