Colliers Mortgage expands to Charleston with Assistant Vice President Adam Bergman

Colliers Mortgage enhances the platform of services offered to clients in South Carolina
Adam Bergman, an experienced mortgage specialist, has joined Colliers Mortgage as Assistant Vice President and has established a new presence for Colliers | South Carolina for this service line. He is located in Colliers’ Charleston office. In his role, he structures financing transactions at various stages of the commercial real estate deal cycle and provides those services for Colliers’ South Carolina clients and beyond.
Colliers Mortgage is based in Minneapolis and has offices in Fort Worth and Addison, TX, Brentwood, TN, Atlanta, GA, Chicago, IL and Ridgeland, MS.

Adam brings nearly a decade of real estate finance experience to the team, having participated in the origination of over $1.7B of real estate capital. Bergman began his career in public accounting and is currently a Level III candidate in CFA Institute’s Chartered Financial Analyst ® (CFA®) Program.
