Colliers promotes Chandler Messer and Wilson Springs to Assistant Property Managers

Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotions of Chandler Messer and Wilson Springs to Assistant Property Managers. Members of Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team, Messer is based in the company’s Greenville office and Springs is based in the Charleston office.

In their new roles, Messer and Springs will be assisting property managers in daily operation and maintenance of office, retail and industrial properties. Their responsibilities include vendor coordination, invoice processing, tenant communications and assisting with budgeting and reporting.

Both Messer and Springs started in Colliers’ REMS division as Property Management Coordinators in 2024. Messer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Citadel where he was involved in a federal work-study program within the finance department. Springs graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in risk management and real estate. He started his commercial real estate journey as a research intern at Colliers.
