Colliers promotes Eric Zimmerman to Director of Real Estate Management Services

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Eric Zimmerman has been promoted to Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) for its Charleston and Columbia offices. He has served as the Assistant Director of REMS since joining Colliers’ Columbia office in February of 2023.
In this new role, Zimmerman will be responsible for directing the delivery of property management services in the two markets through direct management of a team of property managers and support staff. In addition, Eric will manage a portfolio of office and industrial properties in the central South Carolina and Charleston markets.

Zimmerman is a REMS Certified Manager (RCM) and received the Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC), certifications which he has earned through a robust training process. Prior to relocating to South Carolina, Eric was a Senior Property Manager at Colliers in Columbus, OH and has held various roles in the past in property management and property accounting. During his career, he has managed in excess of 60 million square feet of various property types, contributing to the broad level of experience he brings to this new role with Colliers | South Carolina.
