Colliers promotes Greyson Furnas and Bailey Tollison to Senior Brokerage Associates

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Greyson Furnas, CCIM and Bailey Tollison have been promoted to Senior Brokerage Associates.

Furnas is based in Colliers’ Spartanburg office and specializes in downtown retail and office properties on both the tenant and landlord side as well as working with clients on the purchase and sale of land. He earned the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2019. In 2021, he was the recipient of the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star Award. He is a Leadership Spartanburg 2019 graduate, a Spartanburg Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and a Board Chair of the Spartanburg Young Professionals Group. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Furnas graduated from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management with a concentration in entrepreneurship and a minor in Political Science.
Tollison is based in Colliers’ Greenville office and specializes in office leasing and investment sales. In 2020, 2021 and 2022, he received a CoStar Power Broker Award as a Top Office Leasing Broker and in 2021 he received Colliers | South Carolina’s Rising Star Award. He serves on the board of the nonprofit Just Say Something and is a member of Leadership Greenville Class 49 and United Way of Greenville County’s Young Leaders Society. He is currently a candidate for the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He is a volunteer with Clemson University’s Tiger Ties, a mentoring program for students in the Powers School of Business. Tollison graduated summa cum laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management with a minor in Accounting.
