Colliers promotes Kathleen Umholtz to Information Technology Coordinator for South Carolina offices

Colliers | South Carolina announces that Kathleen Umholtz has been promoted to Information Technology (I.T.) Coordinator for the firm’s statewide operations.
Umholtz’s role is to provide on-demand technical support and resources for Colliers’ four South Carolina offices as well as LCK, its project management partner. Additionally, she will create documentation for the use of hardware and software, prepare users with requisite equipment, provide I.T. training and assist with the company’s I.T. security plan and vendor management.
“Kathleen has shown tremendous initiative and has been an exceptional team player since she joined the Colliers team nearly seven years ago,” said Ron Anderson, Vice President of Research & Information Technology. “We are thrilled to elevate Kathleen to this role to put her best skill sets into practice.”
Since joining the Colliers team in 2017, Umholtz has held various roles. Most recently, she served in a dual role as a Client Services Coordinator, working alongside the Retail Services Team in Columbia to prepare property marketing materials and perform administrative tasks, and as an I.T. Service Technician. In 2022, she earned the ONE Colliers Award given to an individual who embodies and promotes Colliers’ core values to both the company and in our communities.
