Colliers promotes Shannon Lyon to Senior Property Manager

Colliers | South Carolina announced Shannon Lyon’s recent promotion to Senior Property Manager. Shannon is a member of Colliers’ Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team in the company’s Columbia office.
Shannon has also reached a significant milestone in her career by attaining a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership from the Jack Welch Management Institute with a 4.0 grade point average. This noteworthy academic achievement not only underscores her professional capabilities but also reflects positively on her commitment to excellence within Colliers.
Her promotion recognizes these accomplishments as well as her years of successful performance as a Property Manager within the company. She has over 17 years of experience in the industry and her ability to effectively manage properties, navigate challenges and foster positive relationships with clients, tenants and colleagues alike has been instrumental in her success.
Shannon is an active member of the South Carolina Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) where she serves as Chair of the Programs and Member Engagement Committees and was recently appointed Secretary of the Chapter.
