Colliers Report: Rental Rates Continue to Escalate

Market Highlights

This quarter, the asking rental rates for Class A space have exceeded their 2020 (pre-COVID) highs with CBD rates at $31.14 and suburban rates at $26.15. This is due to the combination of tenants demanding high-quality space, low-effective vacancy and a lack of new construction. Class A vacancy downtown was under 2% at the end of the quarter.
