Victor (Buddy) John of Colliers | South Carolina represented the seller in the $1.7 million investment sale of 509 W. Main Street in Lexington, South Carolina. The property sale included a triple net lease of the building to Pet Supermarket.
Pet Supermarket is a specialty pet retail chain that sells pet food, pet supplies and live animals. The store also offers pet services such as grooming, pet care clinics, self-serve dog grooming and adoptions. Over 40 years ago, the first store was opened in Florida. Since then, the chain is now in over 200 locations across Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Kentucky, Texas and California.
John is part of Colliers’ investment sales team, specializing in the sale of investment properties in the Southeast, as well as consulting and representing clients requiring assistance with corporate services, medical facilities and retail development.
