Colliers represents buyer in disposition of medical office building

Colliers office brokerage team members Brantley Anderson, CCIM, Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM and Bailey Tollison represented AMRA Partners in the purchase of 8 Memorial Medical Drive, a 22,786-square-foot medical office building. This will be AMRA’s second medical office investment in the Upstate.

We were fortunate to find an off-market opportunity and represent AMRA in the purchase of their second medical office investment property in the area.”

8 Memorial Medical Drive is located less than a mile from Prisma Health Greenville Memorial Hospital, Shriners Hospital, Prisma Health Cancer Institute and the new VA clinic on Grove Road and is surrounded by several independent practices just off Interstate 185. The property is primarily occupied by PathGroup, an industry leader in providing comprehensive anatomic, clinical and molecular pathology services.
