Colliers represents buyer in the purchase of office building located in Irmo

Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented RB Todd Properties, LLC in the purchase of a ±1,530-square-foot office building located at 7436 Broad River Road.
This Class A office building, also known as 727 Kennerly Road, is easily accessible from Broad River Road and Kennerly Road and situated a few minutes from Interstate 26.
The buyer purchased the building as an investment opportunity and has engaged Teaster as the leasing broker to find a tenant for the building.
