Colliers represents buyer in the sale of Downtown Columbia office building

Colliers | South Carolina’s Matthew Pollard represented HHP Law Group in the purchase of a 5,000-square-foot building located at 2020 Assembly Street in Downtown Columbia.
“HHP Law Group needed more space and was looking to relocate while staying within the Downtown Columbia area,” said Pollard. “Despite limited downtown inventory, we successfully identified a building that aligns with its growth trajectory and is convenient to the interstate yet still downtown.”
HHP is currently renovating the building. Hillman Design Build is the general contractor and Davis Architecture is the architect on the project.
