Colliers represents Chernoff Newman in leasing new office location in GARCo Mill in Park Circle

Colliers’ William Ederle represented Chernoff Newman in the lease of ±3,553 square feet of office space at 4900 O’Hear Avenue in the Park Circle area of North Charleston.
“Demand for move-in ready, Class A office space continues to exceed the supply in the Charleston area,” said Ederle, Brokerage Associate at Colliers. “Chernoff Newman was in search of a new office location and we helped the agency come up with a creative solution to secure this desirable space in GARCo Mill.”
The Class A, ±3,553-square-foot space includes free onsite parking, exposed brick and modern finishes. GARCo Mill, a 238,000-square-foot, mixed-use office and retail campus, is within walking distance to many shops and restaurants in the vibrant Park Circle neighborhood.
