The tenant will be renewing their lease for ±17,389 square feet at the Charleston Gateway Center on Calhoun Street
Charleston, SC – Colliers’ William Ederle and Kristie Roe represented the tenant, Copeland Stair Valz & Lovell, LLP, in the lease renewal of ±17,389 square feet of office space at 40 Calhoun Street in Downtown Charleston.
