Colliers represents Frauenthal Gnotec in ±68,500-square-foot lease for new facility in Fountain Inn, SC

Dillon Swayngim of Colliers | South Carolina represented Swedish-based Frauenthal Gnotec in the lease of ±68,500 square feet of industrial space at 400 S. Nelson Drive in Fountain Inn from Bell Garrett, LLC. The company plans to open a new manufacturing and distribution facility at this location to improve capacity and better serve customers and long-term business partners throughout North America.

Frauenthal Gnotec is a leading international developer and manufacturer of components for the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. With operations in China, Czechia, Germany, Slovakia, Sweden and the U.S., the company employs more than 1,300 people and offers state-of-the-art technology in automatic pressing, welding and assembly. Frauenthal Gnotec clients include leading OEM manufacturers like Volvo Car Corporation, Geely, Jaguar/Land Rover, Volvo Trucks, Scania, Paccar, MAN, Mack Trucks, Autoliv and Joyson.
