Colliers represents Henry Kuznik Trust in the sale of ±30.7 acres to an affiliate of the Aventon Companies

Markus Kastenholz, CCIM, CPA of Colliers |South Carolina represented the Henry Kuznik Trust in the $5.1 million sale of ±30.7 acres in Charleston County to an affiliate of the Aventon Companies.
The Henry Kuznik Trust was established by Mr. Kuznik to monetize his real estate portfolio and donate all proceeds to a charitable foundation to support various local causes.

“This land was one of Mr. Kuznik’s prized real estate holdings,” said Kastenholz, Vice President with Colliers | South Carolina. “He spent his career developing high-quality real estate projects and would be proud of the transformation of this site into such an attractive community. We determined the best use for the property and negotiated a beneficial transaction between the seller and buyer.”
The land is located near the intersection of Bees Ferry Road and Main Road in West Ashley and will be developed by the Aventon Companies into a 394-unit, Class A, fully amenitized apartment community.
