Colliers represents landlord in Sunpro Solar’s ±5,400-square-foot lease at 297 Garlington Building 1

Colliers | South Carolina’s Senior Brokerage Associate Richard Barrett, MCR represented Garlington Investors LLC in the lease of ±5,400 square feet of industrial flex space at 297 Garlington Building 1 to Sunpro Solar. This lease and other recent transactions facilitated by Barrett took the building from fully vacant in October 2020 to 76% occupied today.
297 Garlington is a ±45,575-square-foot, two-building property located near the I-385/I-85 intersection that offers flexible office and warehouse space. Barrett was named the leasing broker for the property in October 2020 when Building 1 was vacant. Sunpro Solar is the most recent tenant to lease space, leaving Suite G of ±5,650 square feet as the property’s sole remaining vacancy.
