Colliers | South Carolina’s Senior Brokerage Associate Richard Barrett, MCR represented R&J Investments LLC in the lease of ±12,000 square feet of industrial flex space at 56 Pelham Davis Circle to USA Energy Services LLC. This lease takes 56 Pelham Davis to 100% occupancy.
56 Pelham Davis Circle is an ±18,000-square-foot industrial/flex property located off of Pelham Road near I-85. It is strategically located to serve the Greenville – Spartanburg market with quick access to I-385 and I-85.
USA Energy Savers LLC (USAES) is based in Jacksonville, FL and this location will be their first branch in Greenville. USAES focuses on residential and commercial installation of photovoltaic solar systems throughout Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina with a focus on high quality and professional services. 56 Pelham Davis Circle is one of several new branches they plan on opening throughout the Southeast as they seek to best meet the growing demands for alternative energy sources.
The tenant was represented by Raquel Lamber with Pivotal Real Estate and her collaboration with Barrett ensured a seamless and timely process to meet the USAES expansion schedule.
