Colliers represents Marbro Realty, Inc. in a 1031 exchange transaction in Columbia, SC

Colliers | South Carolina’s Rox Pollard and John Gressette represented Marbro Realty, Inc. in the purchase of a retail property located at 3900 North Main Street in Columbia.
“The acquisition of this ±40,883-square-foot center on the vibrant North Main Street corridor in Columbia by our client Marbro Realty, Inc. was the second 1031 exchange transaction that we were able to assist our client in identifying and closing in 2022,” said Pollard. “Marbro Realty was immediately impressed with the quality of this property and how the North Main Street corridor is rapidly redeveloping. We are excited that our client was able to get this deal closed despite fluctuating capital markets and a highly competitive investment sales market.”
This property was fully redeveloped by the seller and placed back into near-new condition. Tenants at the center include O’Reilly Auto Parts, American Renal – North Main Kidney Center and Title Max.
