Colliers represents seller and buyer in sale of Downtown Columbia office building

Colliers | South Carolina’s Mary Winter Teaster represented the seller, KEM Properties LLC, and Matthew Pollard represented the buyer, Nick Lind Psychological Associates LLC, in the sale of a ±2,320-square-foot office building located at 1518 Lady Street in Columbia, South Carolina.

Built in 1930, 1518 Lady Street is a home-turned-office building located in Downtown Columbia’s Central Business District just a few blocks from the SC State House.

“As a well-preserved historic home that was converted to an office years ago, this location provides a comfortable atmosphere essential for providing counseling services,” said Teaster. “Matthew and I agreed it was the perfect fit and environment to serve Dr. Lind’s staff and clients.”

“This property was love at first sight for me,” said Dr. Lind. “The realization solidified after Matthew patiently reviewed all the other options. Mary Winter was quick to address and resolve my concerns about parking, and I felt like we were all on the same team in realizing my vision.”

The property buyer, Nick Lind Psychological Associates LLC, will open a new psychological practice at this location. Lind specializes in trauma recovery therapy for individuals who have been victimized by crime, abuse and interpersonal violence.
