Charleston / Columbia / Greenville / Spartanburg, SC – Colliers | South Carolina announced the commercial real estate firm’s brokerage awards for 2021, presented at the company’s annual Awards Celebration held at Riverbanks Zoo on March 9, 2022. The leading producers for Colliers in South Carolina were John Montgomery, SIOR and Garrett Scott, SIOR, who earned the 2021 Walter M. Keenan Award, named after the firm’s former chairman.
Montgomery and Scott are Managing Directors in the firm’s Spartanburg office. They lead the industrial brokerage team in the Upstate of South Carolina, specializing in leasing, sales and development advisory services for industrial properties throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg market and the Southeast. Both professionals hold the SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS®) designation. This marks the third time in the past five years that Scott has been honored with the Walter M. Keenan Award.
