Colliers | South Carolina announces brokerage professional promotions

Colliers | South Carolina announced that four brokerage associates have received promotions: Taylor Allen, SIOR, CCIM, Brantley Anderson, CCIM, and Brockton Hall, SIOR, MRED have been promoted to Vice Presidents and Dillon Swayngim has been promoted to Senior Brokerage Associate.

Allen is an office brokerage specialist in the Greenville-Spartanburg market, working with landlords, purchasers, sellers and tenants in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of office space. He was named a Top Producer for Colliers | South Carolina in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020 and was a CoStar Power Broker for both office leasing and sales transactions for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. He obtained the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2019 and the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation in 2020. Allen currently serves on the leadership team for Greenville’s Clemson Young Alumni chapter and is a 2019 graduate in Leadership Greenville’s 45th class. He is an alumnus of Clemson University.

Anderson is also an office brokerage specialist in the Greenville-Spartanburg market, working on a team with Allen. She was named a Top Producer for Colliers | South Carolina in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020 and was a CoStar Power Broker for both office leasing and sales transactions for 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. In 2020, she obtained her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Anderson received the CREW Upstate Distinguished Leader award in 2019. She currently serves on the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors (GGAR) Commercial Steering Committee. She is an alumnus of Clemson University.

Hall is a member of the Greenville-Spartanburg industrial brokerage team, specializing in serving the needs of industrial landlords, developers and occupiers throughout the Southeast. He was named a Top Producer for Colliers | South Carolina in 2017, 2018 and 2019 and was a CoStar Power Broker for 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020. Hall was the recipient of the Colliers | South Carolina 2018 Transaction of the Year Award. He obtained the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation in 2020. He currently serves as the current President of the Clemson University Real Estate Alumni Society (CUREAS). Hall is an alumnus of Clemson University.

Swayngim is an industrial and flexible space brokerage specialist in the Greenville-Spartanburg market, specializing in landlord and tenant representation as well as industrial investment sales. He received the Colliers | South Carolina 2020 Rising Star Award. Swayngim is involved with the Spartanburg Chamber of Commerce and Spartanburg Young Professionals and is a member of the United Way of the Piedmont’s Young Leaders Society. He is an alumnus of the University of South Carolina Upstate with a business degree and concentration in economics and finance.
