Hall specializes in serving the needs of industrial landlords and occupiers across the Greenville-Spartanburg region and throughout the Southeast and is a shareholder of the firm. He holds the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker consistently since 2016. He has received several Colliers | South Carolina awards, including Top Producer (2017-2025), Rising Star (2017), Transaction of the Year (2018) and Service Excellence (2020). He was named to the Colliers U.S. Everest Club in 2022 and 2023, recognizing the top 10% of producers in the country. He was a recipient of the SIOR Global Largest Member-to-Member Dollar Volume Transaction Award in 2020 and 2021.

Swayngim provides strategic real estate services to industrial landlords and occupiers throughout the Greenville-Spartanburg region and across the Southeast. He is consistently recognized as a CoStar Power Broker. He is a shareholder of the firm and has been named a Colliers | South Carolina Top Producer from 2021 to 2025 and was a Rising Star Award recipient in 2020. In 2022, he earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) designation.

Hammond joined Colliers | South Carolina in 2006 and is a shareholder of the firm, specializing in landlord and seller representation, tenant and buyer representation and consultancy services for land, retail and investment properties. He has been named the Greater Greenville Association of REALTORS® (GGAR) Commercial Realtor of the Year twice. In 2018, 2021 and 2022, Hammond received the Colliers | South Carolina Top Producer Award. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.

Allen specializes in office leasing and sales, representing local ownership entities, private equity groups and national real estate investment trusts, and is a shareholder of the firm. He began his commercial real estate career in 2013 and joined Colliers in 2016. He holds both the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS® (SIOR) and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations and is an active member of the SIOR Carolinas Chapter and the CCIM South Carolina Chapter. Allen has been recognized as a Top Producer for Colliers | South Carolina in 2016, 2017, 2019 and 2020. He has also been named a CoStar Power Broker for office leasing and sales transactions consistently since 2020. He is a graduate of Leadership Greenville.

Furnas focuses on downtown retail and office properties as well as land transactions. He earned the CCIM designation in 2019. In 2021, he received the Colliers | South Carolina Rising Star Award and was named Spartanburg County Young Professional of the Year in 2024. He is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Spartanburg, a member of the board of the United Way of the Piedmont and a member of the Spartanburg County Commission for Higher Education.
