Colliers | South Carolina announces property management team additions in Columbia office

Colliers | South Carolina announced four new hires for its Real Estate Management Services (REMS) department in Columbia.
Kimberly Klosterman has rejoined Colliers as a Property Manager, where she oversees the financial reporting and operational performance of select office, retail and industrial properties within the firm’s managed portfolio. She is an active member of CREW Midlands, the local affiliate of CREW Network (Commercial Real Estate Women), and IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management). Klosterman brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, having supported over 450,000 square feet of commercial property and contributed to transactions exceeding $50 million in value. Notably, she began her commercial real estate career with Colliers as an Executive Assistant and then Brokerage & Marketing Assistant, making her return to the firm a meaningful full-circle moment.

Caroline Donaldson, Emma Smith and Camp Norris have joined the REMS team in Columbia as Property Administrators, supporting a variety of operational and administrative functions, including maintenance coordination, reporting and invoicing. Prior to joining Colliers, Donaldson obtained a Doctor of Pharmacy at Medical University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Science at University of South Carolina and worked in pharmacy operations for several major healthcare organizations throughout the Southeast. Smith, a native of Irmo, earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Wofford College and brings experience in financial reporting and data management gained through multiple internships. Norris graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and began his career with Colliers as an intern in Little Rock before transitioning to a full-time role with the Columbia team.
