Colliers | South Carolina announced the promotion of Lizzie Cook to Director of Brokerage Operations for the firm’s four South Carolina offices.
In her new position, Cook will lead the company’s strategy of streamlining brokerage operations and developing consistent processes and procedures across all markets with the ultimate goal of building a unified and collaborative brokerage platform.
Cook has been a valued member of the Charleston team since 2009. Throughout her tenure, she has played a key role in advancing operational initiatives and supporting the firm’s continued growth. She was awarded the 2025 ONE Colliers Award for her leadership and contributions to Colliers’ further expansion into the Charleston market.
