Columbia, SC – Colliers | South Carolina is celebrating Woody Moore’s 50th anniversary with the company.

He has most deservedly earned the title we have given him of ‘Dean of the Commercial Real Estate Industry in South Carolina.’”
Moore is the Executive Vice President of Colliers in South Carolina, focusing on multifamily and mixed-use development transactions as well as providing receivership services on behalf of Colliers. He previously served as the firm’s broker-in-charge for 35 years.
Moore has received various awards, including the 2014 Central Carolina REALTORS® Association (CCRA) Transaction of the Year, the 2014 CCRA Silver Award and the 1985 Central Carolina REALTORS® Association’s REALTOR® of the Year. He holds the CCIM designation and served as President of the South Carolina CCIM Chapter in 1998. He is also a member of the South Carolina REALTORS® Association and the Central Carolina REALTORS® Association, serving as President in 1985.
He enjoys dedicating time to helping train service dogs for veterans and serving as the Chair of the Board of Directors for Mental Illness Recovery Center (MIRCI). He has been a member of Sertoma International and previously served as President of the Columbia Sertoma Club. Additionally, he has served on the Board of Indian Waters Council – Boy Scouts of America and as the President of the Richland County Forestry Association.
