Colliers | South Carolina facilitates three-building industrial investment portfolio sale in Columbia

Colliers | South Carolina’s industrial brokerage team of Chuck Salley, SIOR, Dave Mathews, SIOR, Thomas Beard and John Peebles represented Judy-Sunbelt Properties, LLC in the sale of three industrial warehouse buildings totaling 136,000 square feet on Sunbelt Court in Columbia, SC. NV, LLC purchased the buildings for $7,250,000.
At the time of the sale, the portfolio was 96% leased with an average tenant occupancy term of 13 years. The tenants include TopBuild, Campbell Soup Company, Continental Carbonic Products Inc., Pilkington Inc., Sunrun, Distribution International, Loomis, SCP Distributors and Carolina Wholesale Floors.
“This portfolio has demonstrated great tenant loyalty over the past two decades ,” said Salley, Vice President and Director of Industrial Brokerage in Colliers’ Columbia office. “Most tenants had a history of multiple renewals and the buildings are in an excellent location right off of I-20 and equidistant to the Columbia MSA’s major housing markets and suburban communities. These are attractive qualities for industrial investors.”
