Colliers | South Carolina hires Angela Mayorga as Property Manager in Charleston

Colliers | South Carolina announced that Angela Mayorga has joined the firm’s Charleston office as a Property Manager.
“Angela is an excellent addition to our team,” said Mike Benedetti, Director of Real Estate Management Services (REMS) in the Charleston office. “She has been involved in the real estate industry for over a decade and her experience in problem-solving and working with clients to meet their financial goals is a huge asset to our team.”
As a Property Manager, Mayorga creates and implements property management strategic plans for clients for their properties and executes on key objectives. She develops and manages budgets, financial reporting, operations and various projects while building strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
Mayorga earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida and is a licensed real estate agent in Florida and South Carolina. She enjoys volunteering for the Roc Solid Foundation, an organization that aims to build hope for every child and family fighting pediatric cancer.
